Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour notice for Spa cancellations. Failure to cancel on time will result in the full charge of the scheduled visit.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificates are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. Telephone or mail orders are also available.
All sales are final and refunds are not available.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Products you purchased, you may return it within ten (10) days of purchase for a more suitable product or store credit.

Spa Package Adjustments

All Package adjustments may be made during the scheduling of an appointment. However, we are unable to refund money for unused services. Services are non-transferable.
